i recently saw an ab exerciser that was simple, one that has a pillow for the head and you use as you lay on the floor. It is an old one is it still available?
Hi Pam,
Not sure I know about the ab exerciser you’re referring to…Your best bet is to keep your money, improve your diet, do some resistance training and cardio about 3 times a week. Ab exerciser trick you into thing “spot treatment” works when in fact, it doesn’t…Good luck :)
